need wiring diagram and fuse diagram for k40 main relay. We have a c230 that blows a 15amp fuse on the k40 when attempting to crank vehicle. Fuse does not blow in any other ignition switch position. I mainly am interested in what this fuse is, but also would like a wiring diagram to help diagnose the problem once i figure out what fuse this is.

Feb 22, 2019 · i have searched all over google trying to find information on this control module but i cant find any info on which relay works what exactly? i have included a picture of my K40 module out of my pre-facelift w210 the picture i included has 5 relays but one of them does not function when i turn... The fuel pump relay on your model is in the front right under the hood. In a fuse compartment. You will have to remove the screws to remove the cover and access the relay module. It is know a the K40 Relay module and the entire asssemble it 1 unit and must be replace if fuel relay is suspected problem.
